During the Barents Sea Conference 2010 we are offering meeting rooms so that you can get the full benefit of networking with the people you may meet at the conference.

The meeting rooms are located on the third floor of the Arctic Culture Centre. We refer to the map below. In order to book a meeting room you must:

Click the "BOOK MEETING" button.
Click on a room vacant and enter your details.
Click "SAVE" and your meetingroom is booked.
